Phew, the contractors came out again yesterday afternoon and fixed leaking water meter. So now lets see when they get in touch to resolve my bill.

Customer Service on Trial Part 12

Well I had a new water meter fitted inside the house today. The nice man advised me it could take between 2 and 6 weeks for Welsh Water to contact me regarding correcting the bill, and that if they didn’t contact me I should call them.

So lets see what happens between now and mid-November.

Customer Service on Trial Part 11

Welsh Water came last Friday, a new water meter will be fitted inside my house on October 2nd, and then the work to sort out the bill will begin whereby 17 months of me being charged for mine and my neighbours water will hopefully get sorted.

So far so good, I’m pleased to say that the people I have been dealing with have all done a great job so far.

Customer Service on Trial Part 8

I had my plumber come out yesterday and he couldn’t see any sign of a leak, so it will be great to see what Welsh Water can make of this when they come out to take a look this Thursday.

Customer Service on Trial Part 7

GOOD NEWS

I’ve very happy today as Welsh Water have called to arrange to come out to the cottage help try and identify where the leak is coming from.

This is an important step in starting to resolve this matter, and I am delighted they will be coming out to see me on Thursday 3rd September.

So my next post will no doubt be on the 3rd.
